Ambrosia Tradeskill System ATS - this one is very old, relatively simple, using standard methods (conversation) but very poorly executed, those who has it said the scripting behind is a mess, thousands of scripts, hard to modify anything, hard to work with it on a advanced level where you would want to change the system not items/materials.
